- Put the banana pieces in a tall, narrow container and pour the buttermilk over them. Add sugar / honey to taste.
- Puree everything with the hand blender.
- Enjoy immediately, if you let it stand, the whole thing separates and doesn`t look so tasty anymore.
- Contains a lot of magnesium, potassium and B vitamins, but little fat
- Satisfies the little hunger in between
- TIP:
- if you take overripe bananas, the amount of sugar is reduced
