Instructions

  1. Mix together the margarine, sugar and eggs. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder and mix with the milk to form a smooth dough.
  2. Then clean the strawberries, cut into small pieces and stir into the batter.
  3. Fill the batter into muffin molds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Baking times vary greatly from oven to oven. The best thing to do is to look again and again so that they don`t get too dark.
  4. Tip: Goes well with other fruit too!
