The eggs are separated and the egg whites are beaten until stiff. Then you add flour, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and stir it together. Then the egg whites are lifted in. Now brush the waffle iron lightly with oil and fry the waffles.
As a tip: The dough looks very firm and the dough has to be distributed well in the waffle iron. I think you can just take a little more milk. You get about 15-18 waffles from the batter and a waffle has about 3 - 5 g fat per waffle.
