Mix the spelled flour with the tartar baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil and knead with a hand mixer with a dough hook until a smooth, firm dough is formed.
Flour your hands lightly and shape into a ball between your hands. Place the ball of dough on baking paper the size of a tray and roll out into a round pizza. Top it up as you like, place on a baking sheet and put in the oven.
Bake in the hot oven for approx. 10 - 12 minutes.
