Put all the ingredients in the baking machine in the order shown. Setting on the BBA: whole grain. That takes about 3.40 hours for me.
For both the oil and the flour, I always use whatever is there. It is important, however, that half of the flour, i.e. 250 g, consists of whole grain. When I use rye flour, I use a little more water, otherwise the bread will get very dry.
The bread is primarily suitable for toddlers. My 14 month old daughter loves to eat it. But there is not enough salt, sugar, flavor enhancers, etc. for my taste.
