Instructions

  1. First mix the hot water and milk and then mix with all the other ingredients and leave to rest briefly, approx. 10 minutes.
  2. Briefly bake the pancakes in a pan in the oil on both sides over medium to high heat. Drain the pancakes on paper towels.
  3. Puree some of the washed strawberries into strawberry pulp, cut the rest into small pieces.
  4. Arrange nicely. If necessary, the big ones can add sugar.
  5. Variants: sugar-free, 50 g coconut flour and 100 g spelled flour, omit the sugar.
  6. Add coconut pancakes, desiccated coconut, the amount by feeling. Replace the milk with coconut milk and bake in coconut oil.
