- First mix the hot water and milk and then mix with all the other ingredients and leave to rest briefly, approx. 10 minutes.
- Briefly bake the pancakes in a pan in the oil on both sides over medium to high heat. Drain the pancakes on paper towels.
- Puree some of the washed strawberries into strawberry pulp, cut the rest into small pieces.
- Arrange nicely. If necessary, the big ones can add sugar.
- Variants: sugar-free, 50 g coconut flour and 100 g spelled flour, omit the sugar.
- Add coconut pancakes, desiccated coconut, the amount by feeling. Replace the milk with coconut milk and bake in coconut oil.
