Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a springform pan, 20 cm in diameter, with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the almonds, soy flour, sweetener, salt, baking powder and spices (and flavoring, if available).
Mix the eggs and oil together well. Add to the dry ingredients and mix together. Add the carrots, apple and walnuts and stir in. Bake for approx. 40-45 minutes - stick sample.
For the topping, stir the cream cheese with the soft butter and sweetener to a smooth cream. Spread on the cooled cake. Decorate with walnuts and cinnamon powder if you like.
