Instructions

  1. Mix the soy flour, milk, egg white, a pinch of salt and baking powder together and sweeten and season to taste. Immediately or after a short swelling time (but then stir in the baking powder just before baking) in a coated pan, bake with or without a little fat as required. Very tasty and great alternative to high-carbohydrate pancakes!
