Put the quark, milk, egg, oil, lemon zest and sugar in a bowl. Mix baking powder with flour and sieve to it. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick and cut out approx. 6 cm large circles (for the head) and cut out 2 approx. 3 cm large circles (for the ears and trunk) for each pig.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk the egg.
Place the large circles on the baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg. Now place one of the small circles on the large circle as a snout. Cut the second small circle in the middle and also place ears on the large circle. Now brush again with egg and use a toothpick to drill two nostrils in the trunk.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the pigs until they are nice and light brown in about 20 minutes.
When the pigs have cooled down, stick on mini Smarties as eyes (either mixed with Nutella or mixed with powdered sugar and lemon juice, must be thick). Cut the muzzle with a knife and insert a coin.
Depending on the size, the dough is enough for 30 - 40 pigs.
