Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips with the spiral cutter. Peel the garlic, dice finely, dice the chilli very finely.
Sauté the vegetables in a little olive oil, add the tahini, lime juice and water, leave to steep for a moment. Mix in roughly torn herbs, season the salad with salt, pepper, cumin and possibly additional lime juice. Serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds and pine nuts.
