Cut the radishes into thin slices and grate the cucumber into thin slices. Put both in a bowl. Wash the corn and kidney beans and add them to the bowl as well.
Then fry the minced meat with the finely chopped red onion in a little oil until it is crumbly. Press the garlic and add it. Add the cumin and paprika powder to the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, finely chop the mint and squeeze the lemon. The warm minced meat mass is now added to the remaining ingredients and mixed well. Fold in the mint and add the lemon juice to taste. Serve immediately.
