Instructions

  1. Attention: The above amount is intended as a starter for 4 people. Correspondingly, more must be taken as the main course.
  2. For the sauce, wash, quarter and core the tomatoes. Dice the pulp very finely. Squeeze the garlic. Peel the onion and also dice very finely. Mix everything with the balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Put the sauce in the fridge.
  3. Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry and dice it. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the fillet cubes all around until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Add the gnocchi and toss in the frying fat. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves. Add both to the meat and the gnocchis and mix together. Place the warm turkey gnocchis on plates and serve with the cold tomato sauce.
