Cut the ham and bacon into small cubes. Finely dice the peeled onion and garlic.
Cook the croissants in plenty of salted water until al dente.
In the meantime, roast the onions, garlic, diced bacon and ham in the butter. Add the cream and bring to the boil briefly (do not use cream, it will flocculate!). Season well with salt and pepper.
Add the finely chopped basil and parsley.
Drain the croissant noodles, mix thoroughly with the sauce and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve hot.
