Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable milk only lukewarm. Add cane sugar and the grated dark chocolate and stir until it has dissolved.
  2. Peel and core the pear and cut into small pieces. Put in the blender and pour in the orange juice and half of the vegetable milk and mix well. Add the lupine powder and the rest of the vegetable milk and stir again thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
