Instructions

  1. Cut the banana into small pieces, add the vanilla sugar, the desiccated coconut and a little rice milk to the blender and puree finely. There shouldn`t be any more bits in the mixer.
  2. Add the rest of the rice milk, the lupine powder and the scoop of ice cream and mix vigorously again.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a few coconut flakes.
