Instructions

  1. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Bring the vegetable milk slowly to the boil and let the chocolate and bourbon vanilla sugar melt while stirring. Remove from heat, pour into another container and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You can prepare it the day before.
  2. Mix the cold chocolate milk with the lupine powder in a blender or stir together with a hand blender in a tall container.
  3. Put the mango sorbet ice cream in a tall glass and pour the chocolate milk on top. Serve with a straw and spoon.
