Peel the potatoes, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Peel and dice the onion. Let the oil get hot in the pan and add the potatoes. Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. When they are lightly brown, add the onion and fry. Divide the potatoes on two plates and place chopped chives on top. Beat the eggs in the pan, season with salt and fry them. Add to the potatoes.
Serve with pickled cucumber or raw vegetables. The Lusatians also like to eat brawn with them.
