- Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water not too soft. Let cool and cut into slices.
- Peel and dice the onion, dice the pickles and half the green cucumber and add to the potatoes.
- Add the meat salad, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, cucumber liquid and linseed oil. Mix everything.
- The lettuce should steep for several hours. Season again to taste before serving.
