- Wash the lettuce, clean it, spin it dry and pluck it into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and cut in half just like the mini mozzarella and black olives.
- Drain the artichoke heart pieces, dab with kitchen paper if necessary. Halve larger pieces to taste.
- Peel the boiled egg and cut into eighths. Crumble sliced cheese. Wash, dry and grate the carrot.
- Mix all ingredients with the salad dressing and enjoy.
