Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine strips, approx. 1 cm thick and 3-4 cm long, dice the pickles, cut the onions into rings, finely chop the garlic. Cut the peppers into strips the same size as the meat.
  2. Fry the meat in the hot oil. Then add the onions and garlic and fry briefly. Top up with the tomato sauce and the meat broth and simmer for about 1 hour. Add the paprika strips and pickles, mix everything and cook for about 20 minutes.
  3. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice. Scatter chopped dill and parsley on top. When serving, creme fraiche or sour cream is enough, approx. 1 teaspoon per plate.
