Fry the Lyoner, onions and garlic in a large roasting pan. Add the leek and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and fry them, move the other ingredients to one side if necessary. Season everything well with salt, pepper and Maggi and deglaze with cream. Refine with chives, season to taste and serve with baguette.
