Peel the jacket potatoes, cut into slices, season with a little salt and pepper and fry in a pan with fat. Fry the Lyoner cut into pieces in another pan, I don`t use any additional fat. Take the Lyoner out of the pan and add some fat to the pan, fry the diced onion and the diced ham, after about 5 minutes add the chopped spring onions and cook for about 10 minutes. Then you mix the Lyoner and the onion mixture with the fried jacket potatoes.
