Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers, onions and tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Alternate all vegetables on skewers so that all varieties are represented on each skewer. Season with a little balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and let it steep a little.
  2. Then place on the grill. The skewers take 10-20 minutes, depending on the grill.
  3. Sometimes I grill the vegetable skewers unseasoned and only season them when they are ready on the plate. That tastes good too.
