Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Pluck the leaves from the thyme.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly at high temperature. Add the chopped onions and garlic cloves to the pot, stir and fry them briefly. Season everything vigorously with pepper, salt and paprika powder, add the thyme leaves and stir everything through. Then add the tomato paste and let it sweat briefly. Now deglaze with cream, milk, the tomatoes and water. Stir in the vegetable stock and briefly bring to the boil. Then lower the temperature, put a lid on and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. After 15 minutes, remove the lid, pour in the pasta and simmer for another 10 to a maximum of 15 minutes. The period also depends on the pasta used. Stir every now and then.
  4. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli to the saucepan, stir and cook it at the same time. Then take the pan off the heat, sprinkle 3/4 of the grated cheese and stir in and then serve.
  5. On the plates, sprinkle the soup with the rest of the grated cheese.
  6. 770 Kcal per serving.
