Finely grind the macadamia nuts and roast them in the pan, they must not turn brown!
Let the butter, coconut fat, cream and sugar get hot in a saucepan, do not boil, but the sugar should have dissolved, then add the chocolate, broken into pieces, and melt the chocolate in it while stirring, taking the saucepan off the stove!
Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Immediately pour the mixture into glasses and close.

Unopened in the refrigerator for approx. 14 days to 3 weeks, opened glasses should be used within a week.
