Fry the minced meat with oil in a coated saucepan until lumpy, then add the diced onion and sauté gently. Break the macaroni into small pieces and add them raw. Now fill everything up with the meat stock, put the lid on and cook for about 15 minutes on a low heat. When the noodles are done and have soaked up the broth, the dish is ready. Now season with the mentioned spices and serve.
If you like, you can also sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on it. We always had a fresh, green lettuce with it.
