Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaroni in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and wash the carrots, halve lengthways and cut into slices. Also cut the sausages into thick slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the sausages brown all over and remove. Fry the carrots in the fat for about 3 minutes, add the mushrooms and fry for another 3 - 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the hollandaise sauce and milk. Grease a baking dish. Put half of the pasta in the pan. Spread the sausage and vegetables on top. Put the rest of the pasta on top. Pour the hollandaise over it.
  4. Crumble the toast and melt the butter. Fold in the breadcrumbs and spread over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  5. Wash and dry the chives and cut into fine rolls. Remove the macaroni casserole and serve sprinkled with chives.
