Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Briefly put the tomatoes in boiling water and then peel them. Then cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Briefly sauté the finely chopped garlic. Then add the zucchini slices and the diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, rosemary and thyme. Then let it simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the macaroni al dente. Then add these to the vegetables in the pan, sprinkle the parmesan on top and carefully mix everything together again.
