Cook the macaroni in salted water until soft and drain.
Beat the eggs until frothy and add the cheese, condensed milk, salt and pepper. Put the macaroni in a greased dish and pour the milk mixture over it. Most of the cheese stays on the surface and then forms a crust. If you don`t like it that much, you can mix it all up again.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
Tastes good with pan-fried dishes and sauce dishes.
Tip:
For the reduced-calorie variant, the condensed milk can be replaced with normal milk.
