Instructions

  1. Break the macaroni 2-3 times and cook until al dente according to the package insert and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut the gherkins, salami, ham and cheese into strips (not too fine!) And add to the pasta.
  3. Peel and core the apple, cut into strips and add to the pasta with the tomatoes.
  4. For the sauce, mix the ketchup with the vinegar and fold in the cooking oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Chop the chives and parsley and fold into the sauce. Then add the sauce to the pasta and stir everything well.
  5. Let the salad stand in a cool place for at least 1-2 hours and season again with salt and pepper before serving.
