Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Pat the meat dry and dice it.
Fry in hot oil in portions. Fry the onion and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the meat that has already been fried. Dust the flour over it, sweat briefly. Season with about 1 tablespoon sweet paprika and a little paprika powder.
Stir in about 3/8 liter of water, cream and the stock. Bring to the boil once and simmer for 5 minutes. Season again to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with the pasta. A mixed salad goes well with it.
