• 500 g pasta (macaroni)
• 400 g sausae (huntin sausae in one piece)
• 125 g butter
• salt
• Oil, (it doesn`t matter which one)

Instructions

1. Cook the macaroni in salted water as directed.
2. In the meantime, cut the Jagdwurst into cubes, larger or smaller cubes depending on your taste. But watch out, no other sausage tastes as good with this simple dish as Jagdwurst.
3. Fry these cubes in a pan until they are crispy.
4. When the pasta is ready, drain, rinse and put back in the pot. Now fold in the hunting sausage. Put the butter in a small pan and fry until brown. But be careful, it must not be yellow, but also not be black or tend to be black. Nice brown butter. Add this to the macaroni and the hunting sausage, stir well, leave to stand for 2 minutes, then serve. Optionally, you can also sprinkle parmesan or freshly grated cheese on top.
5. Some like it with ketchup too. Well, that`s a matter of taste.
