Ingredients
- 4 thin sausages (cheese sausages), halved lengthways, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion (s), peeled, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- 1 can tomato (pizza)
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), mild, red, pitted, cut into fine strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- 100 g parmesan, rated
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- sea-salt
- 250 g pasta (macaroni), cooked accordin to the packae instructions.
- Pepper, more colorful from the mill
Instructions
- Fry the chopped cheese sausages in the oil. Add the onion, garlic and add the color.
- Stir in tomato paste and sauté lightly. Add the chilli, deglaze with the tomatoes and the stock.
- Let simmer (reduce) a little. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the macaroni and sprinkle with the parmesan.
