Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and briefly sweat the tomato paste in it. Add the tomatoes and oregano and let simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. Then stir in the cream and half of the basil and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with pepper, salt and chilli. Finally stir in the parmesan until it has dissolved completely.
Drain the macaroni that are cooked al dente at the same time, toss in the remaining butter and serve on plates with the sauce.
