• 400 g sausae (huntin sausae), diced

• 1 bottle tomato ketchup
• Salt and pepper, pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles al dente.
2. Fry the hunting sausage together with the eighthed onion in oil.
3. Then sprinkle some flour over it and mix with water. Add the ketchup and, if necessary, dilute again with water. Simmer and season with salt and pepper.
4. The name of the recipe comes from the fact that my mum used to cook this pasta in the Eastern Times.
