Instructions

  1. Beat the three egg whites until very stiff. Fold in the sugar, vanilla sugar and honey until a glossy mixture is formed. Add the lemon juice.
  2. Now the nuts or desiccated coconut are mixed with the flour and folded in. Place the mixture in small piles the size of a nut on the wafers and decorate with the appropriate nuts.
  3. Bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes until light yellow.
