First, you peel and core the honey and watermelon (not absolutely necessary with watermelon). Then you cut the melons into small pieces. These are then pureed separately, possibly with a little sugar. Now you have a slightly thicker, light melon juice and a more liquid red melon juice.
Now all you need is beautiful glasses and first fill the watermelon juice and then slowly add the honeydew melon juice.
The refreshing drink is ready and looks like a latte macchiato
