Instructions

1. Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and chop them roughly. Add cream cheese, chopped capers and lemon juice to taste and mix well with a fork.
2. We serve this mackerel rillette with the delicious bread chips from sabse15 as an aperitif - I`ve already passed the recipe on 100 times.
