• 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
• 2 large onions
• 1 large can (s) mushrooms
• 3 bell pepper (s)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 bottle sauce (gypsy sauce)
• 1 cup tomato ketchup
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Season the minced meat well with salt, pepper, paprika and curry and spread on an oiled baking sheet. Chop the onions, garlic and peppers and mix with the mushrooms. Spread everything on the minced meat. Mix the sour cream, gypsy sauce, ketchup, oil and oregano and season well. Pour everything over the minced meat as well and then put it in the oven (middle rack) at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
