  1. Cook the cut noodles (approx. 4 minutes). In the meantime, cut the leek into thin rings and the cooked ham into cubes. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Sauté the leek, ham and onion in a pan with a little oil. After everything has cooled down, mix the ingredients and season with the oil and the Maggi to taste. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Very refreshing, especially in summer at barbecues.
