Instructions

  1. First, some milk is poured into a mug and the rest is boiled with the sugar and the caramel candy while stirring. Then the pudding powder is poured into the cup with the milk, mixed well and stirred into the pot that has been removed from the stove. So the mixture is boiled again, stirring constantly.
  2. When the pudding is ready, put the pot in a cold water bath and add the baking powder. Then stir it for about 5 minutes on the highest level with the mixer - that`s it!
  3. If you want to pimp it up, you can portion the cream in plastic-lined bowls, cover and cool. After approx. 5 hours (overnight), carefully turn over, peel off the plastic film and decorate with sprinkles, cornflakes or gummy bears or whatever you can think of.
  4. If you like it fruity, you can use any fruit juice instead of the milk or puree a piece of fruit and mix it with the mass before cooling. The imagination knows no limits.
