• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup cream
• 1 clove garlic
• Seasoned Salt
• Black pepper (from the mill)
• 2 teaspoons dill tips, dried or fresh chives

Instructions

1. Press the garlic and mix with the quark, sour cream and cream, add dill tips or chives. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
