- Wash the lamb`s lettuce and spin dry. Wash and quarter the cocktail tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
- Put the lamb`s lettuce in a salad bowl. Spread the cocktail tomatoes on the edge and place the mushrooms in the middle.
- Toast the sunflower seeds with a little oil in a non-stick pan.
- Mix the salad dressing with the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
- Pour the sunflower seeds over the salad and mix in the dressing just before serving.
