Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the quark. Then put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
During this time, any amount of fruit can be thawed or freshly cut. I prefer e.g. strawberries, mango, kiwi. It is important that the fruit has at least its own taste, i.e. no watermelon or lychee. Finally, put the fruit in a bowl and pour the curd and cream mixture from the refrigerator over the fruit.
