Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Brush the bread with olive oil and spread the finely chopped garlic cloves on the bread. Put the bread on the grill for 2-4 minutes and then take it out again.
Dice the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and basil and spread on the bread. Spread the cheese in small pieces on the bread and bake under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
