The first thing to do is wash the radishes, cut them into thin slices and place them in a bowl. When that`s done, add the balsmic vinegar and lemon juice to the radishes as well.
The garlic, sea salt and the apple piece go into the mortar and are crushed and added to the bowl. Now you have to coat the crispy slices with the cream cheese and top with the pickled radish slices.
