- Prepare the salad the day before. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel and cut into slices. Finely dice the onions and pickles. Chop the capers.
- Then mix everything with the meat salad and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, but best of all the next day, when it is well absorbed!
- My mother always enjoyed making this salad and we were more than happy to eat it. Go well with it: fresh sausages or meatballs.
