Instructions

  1. First, let the margarine melt, put 3 tablespoons of it in a bowl, add the flour and sugar for the crumble and mix everything, set aside.
  2. Then stir the soy yoghurt with so much soy milk that it adds up to 160 ml of liquid. Mix the rest of the margarine, then all the other ingredients, except for the mandarins. Mix everything quickly with a large spoon, the dough is relatively runny!
