Drain the mandarins well. Mix all other ingredients with the whisk. I always use 75-92% chocolate that I grate myself. Season the mixture to taste and only then carefully stir in the mandarins.
Alternatively, you can use quark (if you want it very creamy, you should only use 40% quark) and a ready-made stracciatella yoghurt. For us it`s 4, usually 6 servings. It`s always our favorite party dessert.
