Instructions
Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until lightly frothy. Stir in the rum and tangerine juice. Mix the flour, baking powder and nuts and stir in as well. Fold in the well drained mandarins.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and smooth it out.
Bake at 175 ° C for about 1 hour.
